World Renowned Wellness Expert to speak in Wilsonville, Oregon, Friday evening, May 30th!!!
Dear Oregon friends and patients,
We apologize for the late notice. As you know from previous newsletters, I have been studying a scientific approach to wellness under Dr. James Chestnut. I am re-taking the second module ("Eat Well") this weekend. Because it is difficult to share the brilliance of a gifted speaker, local doctors have asked Dr. Chestnut to present a lecture for patients on Friday evening prior to the seminar. (Due to the cost of renting the facility and compensating Dr. Chestnut, we need charge for attendance. Details below.)
Here's our pitch; please call or email me if you would like to attend.
Genetics, Lifestyle and Health:Why We Are Sick...How We Can Get Well and Stay Well
Victoria, BC - Humans have become the "world's sickest creatures". World renowned wellness expert Dr. James Chestnut, respected worldwide for his insight and research, provides the answers regarding why we are so sick AND how to undo the damage.
Dr. Chestnut has been studying human wellness for over 24 years and has determined we are NOT sick because of bad luck, bad germs, or bad genes. With a Bachelor of Physical Education degree, a Master of Science degree in exercise physiology with a specialization in neurological adaptation, a Doctorate of Chiropractic and post-graduate training in wellness he is uniquely qualified to provide the answers human beings need to get healthy and stay healthy.
Dr. Chestnut's concept of eat well - move well - think well™ as the lifestyle foundations for health and wellness have not only clarified what a wellness practice and lifestyle is but simplified it for easy understanding by both patients and clinicians.
In order to find wellness, Dr. Chestnut advocates people adopt a lifestyle based on eating well, moving well and thinking well. "It's the only viable answer to preventing and recovering from chronic illness," says Dr. Chestnut. "No drug or surgery will ever be the solution to preventing or recovering from health problems created by improper nutrition, an inactive lifestyle, or negative thinking."
The evidence is overwhelming that human health is progressively deteriorating; Dr. Chestnut argues that our ancestors did not suffer from the chronic health issues like heart disease, cancer, diabetes, or autoimmune issues that modern humans do. He says, "The only difference between our healthy ancestors and our sick society is lifestyle. The genes have remained the same. Genetically, it appears we are designed to live to around 120 years. These are supposed to be enjoyable, productive, quality, drug free, chronic illness free years. Anything less is due to the environment; it's due to toxicity and deficiency."
Backed by solid scientific data, Dr. Chestnut's public discussion will change the way we understand health, and it will provide the information required to greatly improve it.
His latest books, The Innate Diet™, Innate Physical Fitness™, and The Innate State of Mind™ have set the standard around the world for evidence-based wellness care.
We hope you can attend this wonderful event.
