How to store fresh juice:

Vegetable juice is one of the most perishable foods and is best when drank immediately after juicing. However if you are careful, you can store vegetable juice up to 24 hours with only moderate nutritional decline.

This can be done by placing the vegetable juice in an airtight glass jar. To prevent damaging the juice by oxidation, there should be as little air in the jar as possible. Choose an opaque jar to avoid further damage by blocking out any light exposure. Store in the refrigerator until 30 minutes prior to drinking. Ideally, the juice should be consumed at room temperature.
